Vertical Triptych Multi-Panel Wood Transfer. This stunning photograph of Black Pot Beach in Hanalei was transferred onto a very unique piece of Koa wood from Princeville, Hawaii, cut into three sections. The texture of this Loa wood is very fun and different, making it perfect (and a bit more labor intensive) for a larger image. The photograph pulls you in with Abe’s favorite palm tree (which unfortunately is no longer there) in the foreground with Hanalei Pier, the ocean and Makana the backdrop. Blue skies and wisps of clouds settle in nicely with the knot, puka and crack with blue enamel on the wood giving this piece lots of character. Hanalei is one of the most popular tourists destinations on Kauai island where tourists and locals can enjoy sunbathing, surfing, boogie boarding, barbecues or a walk down the famous Hanalei Pier. This piece is available at Abe’s Kauai Photo 3501 Rice St. 1017 downstairs at Harbor Mall, Lihue, Hawaii or here on website.
